Who coined it?
[edit]Business Insider claims that Bloomberg Business did, but the article they link to suggests they're wrong. The earlier definitive use I could find was in January 2015 in this Fortune article, where it is attributed to Jason Green. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 18:51, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
