I can't find any uses in Google Books, Google Groups comes up empty, and I can't find any uses on the web either (it's also worth noting that this does not appear on any acronyms websites at all). Note that we have fan cameras, which appears to have barely enough uses in Google Books ([1] [2] [3]) and also has a bot-created entry on the Chinese Wiktionary. - The creator was using a specialized military dictionary as his source, and military technical jargon doesn't show up much in public sources. Even if it does turn out to be attested, though, it's just photography taken using fan cameras- SOP. Chuck Entz (talk) 06:30, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
- I've added fan camera which is used outside of attributive use in a military and sometimes a non-military context. Here's one such example (if I didn't have to leave the house in 5 minutes I would post more). Renard Migrant (talk) 16:38, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
