Rather easily attested in the plural: [1], [2], [3]. But here are also some singulars: [4], [5], [6]. Although these sources italicize the term, there is a subtle spelling difference with its French etymon, which argues against code-switching. Note further that the French Wiktionary classifies faux ami as English, not as French.  --Lambiam 19:56, 29 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
