I'm inclined to keep it. It's just the commonest way to say "faux leather", more common than similpelle or vinilpelle (here's the ngram for these words) (the native-language Italian Wikipedia also treats finta pelle as the main term, with the others being listed as synonyms). And it's not so clearly SOP, for the Italian falsa pelle ("false/fake leather") sounds far less natural and far less used. Imetsia (talk) 23:27, 11 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
