Slight befuddlement in the etym. Foreset comes from foresetten (from OE foresettan) while forset comes from forsettan (from OE forsettan). Yes, the for- and fore- prefixes were often befuddled and mistakenly swapped (misspelled ... see the byspels below) but the prefixes mean different things! Therefore, we should be accurate on which prefix (and meaning thereof) it is derived from even if the examples are misspelled. Even today folks befuddle forgo and forego.
