According to EC regulations, a "gluten-free" dish may contain very small amounts of gluten; hence some restaurant menus use the term "no-gluten-containing" to indicate absolutely zero gluten whatsoever. See e.g. [1]. Equinox 19:49, 18 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
