Grande-nephew is definitely not the way you say great-nephew in Spanish. I don't know what the proper way is, but "grande" is never used in the filial sense of "great". e.g.: bisabuelo/bisnieta (grandfather/granddaughter), tío abuelo (great-uncle), etc. 173.218.141.254 15:22, 13 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
