Ika nga

@TagaSanPedroAko I think this is better to be moved to ika nga nila, synonym "sabi nga nila", when used as a lead to a proverb or cliche. Ika nga is just quoting even your friend. "Ika nga niya nahulog ka kanila". And used as literally as is. Although I rarely hear this in Manila? This usually goes in Manila as sabi nga nila, or ayon sa kasabihan,[...].

Though, "ika nga" is usually be used after the quote though, not before.

While I find "ikanga" spellings with attestations, "ika nga" has more attestations. Ysrael214 (talk) 07:07, 24 May 2023 (UTC)
