Sourcing?

[edit]

I'd like to see some form of citation of usage (whether archaic or modern) to clarify whether this entry is actually a misspelling or a legitimate alternative/archaic form. I only bring it up because I personally can't find any usages in any sources antiquated or otherwise. Ozelot911 (talk) 22:41, 25 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Citations found, all is well again. Ozelot911 (talk) 22:54, 25 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

I can't seem to find any instance of its use, be it archaic/obsolete or alternative-modern. I do agree with Equinox's change summary that it certainly seems to be an antiquated form of enslave, but I'm more concerned that, in actuality, it's a misspelling that's simply found its way into inclusion, because it seems equally likely. Given that my sources show no sign, I lean toward the latter assumption. Ozelot911 (talk) 22:48, 25 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Added three cites from 17-1800s. Equinox 22:50, 25 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
