It might be keepable as a redirect to it'd've. It is not a "common misspelling" AFAICT, but it looks like a mistake to me. It just might be the kind of mistake our users would make, though the search engine probably handles it adequately: I typed in "itdve" and "i't'd'v'e" and both (and only) it'd've and it'dve appeared each time.
