I might be able to turn up a political cartoon in which it was used for Joe Lieberman's campaign, but I don't know if that strengthens the case here, weakens it (because it looks like a generic portmanteau), or is irrelevant. Soap 19:56, 7 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Im going to say it's irrelevant actually, because joever during the Lieberman campaign never left its roots and became a general-purpose word meaning "over; washed up; defeated". Soap 19:58, 7 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
