The Jargon File is full of shit, honestly. It's just a list of words that Eric Raymond and his friends used for a little while. It always distresses me to see people cite it as though it's some kind of respectable dictionary of words anyone actually uses. Equinox ◑ 21:47, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

I've searched, but while there are certainly plenty of mentions with reference to the Jargon File, I don't see any real independent uses. This will probably fail. Dominic·t 06:48, 2 September 2009 (UTC)
