Quite a few cites on Usenet, including some that are clear uses, not mentions. The expression seems to date back to at least 2004, so although it's a recent coining, it doesn't seem to be a protologism as far as Wiktionary is concerned. Smurrayinchester (talk) 10:10, 4 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
