This is misleading: "(India, slang, derogatory, South India) any extremist or fundamentalist, including non-Hindu extremists"

  • The two week period for derogatory terms may apply here. I have the impression from searching Indian media that the term is indeed expanding from meaning a supporter of the Sangh Parivar to a more generic term for one whose politics are off in the wrong direction. Like in the West if you do anything politically incorrect you are Hitler, if you take any libertarian position you are an anarchist, and so on. Vox Sciurorum (talk) 23:50, 15 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
