Wouldn't snatchy become snatchier / snatchiest? For my part, more /most snatchy sounds very much like non-native English. Curious, Eiríkr Útlendi | Tala við mig 20:41, 7 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

More/most is the default in English Wiktionary, unless -ier and -iest forms are explicitly added. I can't see much evidence for them in this case. Equinox 10:21, 10 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
I agree with Eiríkr Útlendi. I've created snatchier and (deprecated template usage) snatchiest; they're not common, but they're pretty regular formations for words like this (compare schmaltzy, schmaltzier, schmaltziest), and they're listed in a few dictionaries / word-lists: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]. Moreover, (deprecated template usage) snatchier is more common than (deprecated template usage) more snatchy (the latter of which gets two independent BGC hits: [7], [8]), whereas (deprecated template usage) snatchiest and (deprecated template usage) most snatchy are about as common (with this one being the only BGC hit for (deprecated template usage) most snatchy). I've revised the entry accordingly. — Raifʻhār Doremítzwr ~ (U · T · C) ~ 14:13, 10 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
