This had a label saying "(dialectal, chiefly Pacific Northwest)", but I'm not sure that's right; one citation is from a national TV show, and I've heard this from a Minnesotan. However, oxforddictionaries.com does claim it's "Northwest". - -sche (discuss) 19:50, 13 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

DARE calls it "chiefly North, esp Northwest". Their 1999 file mentions Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Minnesota. Other citations are from South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Massachusetts, as well as an anomalous one from San Diego, California. (I say anomalous because it caught my eye as being Mayim Bialik's hometown, on the off chance that she ad-libbed the word, leading me to ask a San Diego native, who was unfamiliar with the word.) —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 20:01, 13 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
