Sense 2: "(biology) An organism's ability to store another organism's sperm (after copulation) and fertilize its own eggs from that store after a period of time, essentially making it appear as though fertilization occurred without sperm." This one came from Wikipedia but their article seems quite dodgy. (However, previously our entry had basically 2 senses both with the sense #1 meaning. This one is new.)
