I'd dispute this. A vicious circle or spiral implies progression because of its shape: circle or spiral. The "vicious" part is not where the progression concept comes from. Equinox ◑ 09:39, 5 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Possible missing positive sense in slang[edit]
