Template:ja-etym-renyokei

This produces an etymology for a large group of nouns or adverbs which are the 連用形(れんようけい) (ren'yōkei) or continuative forms of verbs or adjectives. This template should be used to keep terminology consistent, since "continuative form" is just one of many translations of 連用形(れんようけい) (ren'yōkei).

Usage

The first parameter, the only one required, should be the verb or adjective of which the term in question is the continuative form.

Furigana (ruby text) can be given in the second parameter, and a gloss in the third, in the same manner as {{ja-r}}.

The parameter |pos= is also available for parts of speech or other non-gloss definitions:
