As far as I know, this template is supposed to be used exclusively for grc, Ancient Greek. Are there any other language codes that may be passed to this template? --Z 19:56, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Cappadocian Greek {{cpg}} and modern Greek (Katharevousa) {{el}}. It's supposed to be used for all Greek varieties using polytonic orthography. If it was left to me, I would deprecate {{polytonic}} and use a font nice to diacritics for {{Grek}}, e.g. DejaVu Sans. --Vahag (talk) 20:25, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
