Hi Ian! You're in Canada according to WT:Wiktionarians and a "hot chicken sandwich" is Canadian according to WT:RFV#hot_chicken_sandwich, so I wondered if you wanted to comment there (or here) on whether or not we should keep our entry about it. I'm assuming it's attestable; a question raised on RFV is whether it can be made with meats other than chicken, and whether than makes it more, or less, SoP.
