Hi! Would you mind explaining why you're deleting the request for more information in the Etymology section of the entry on ψιλός (psilós)? — Eru·tuon 23:16, 4 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: That etymology is true, some kind of guy typed like "the lambda and the iota do not correspond to the PIE "s" and "o" of the root term *bhosós..." while in English bare the "r" does correspond to the "s" of root *bhosós (and also the "a" of bare does correspond to the first "o" of PIE root *bhosós). So that's why I had to delete "the lambda and the iota do not correspond to the PIE "s" and "o" of the root term *bhosós...".

You've been editing here for a couple of months, and it looks like about 90% of your edits have been either reverted or completely reworked by a number of different editors. This should tell you something. You need to read our Entry layout page and our guidelines about etymology so you don't keep making mistakes that others have to clean up. As it is, people are discussing right now about whether to block you to put a stop to this, so please take it seriously. Chuck Entz (talk) 03:08, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
