[edit]Noun
[edit]arisan (plural arisan-arisan)
- a gathering in which prizes are distributed to each member evenly (usually money), usually on a monthly basis, by using the lottery method to determine the winner(s). The winner(s) still has an obligation to distribute the prize, but loses his/her right to win in the next draw until the new round starts. A full round is completed after all of its participants get prizes
