Origanum dictamnus

Etymology

From (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Old French ditan (French dictame), from (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Latin dictamnum, from (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Ancient Greek δίκταμνον (díktamnon), reportedly from Δικτή (Diktḗ, Dicte), a mountain in Crete on whose slopes the plant grew.
