From ekki (not) + er (is) the 3. person singular of vera (to be) + allt the 3rd person neuter of allur (all) + gull (gold) + sem (which, that) + glóir (glows) the 3. person singular of the verb glóa (to glow). Literally meaning "not is all gold that glows".
