fedratinib (uncountable)

  1. (pharmacology) A medication belonging to the class of Janus kinase inhibitors, used for the treatment of myeloproliferative diseases including myelofibrosis.

      Fedratinib is a selective JAK2 inhibitor approved for primary and secondary myelofibrosis. An important AE observed with fedratinib is Wernicke’s encephalopathy, which has been observed in patients taking the highest daily dosage (500 mg) (70).
