    Get on bus 20.
  7. keep on walking
  8. to begin, to take over after someone else
    Det dags att gå på skiftet igen.
    It was time to begin the next shift.

Usage notes

attend
Note that one "går på dagis" (kindergarten), "går på universitetet" (university) but "går i skola" (school).
