- The German form Asch is obviously preferable to a háček-less As.

- First, you sort the entries disregarding the acute accent and háček in ďťňľ (but sorting the čšž after the corresponding háčekless letters). Then you do a second pass and put the letters with acute accent and ďťňľ after those accentless.
