ireki
Appearance
Basque
[edit]Etymology
[edit]Possibly from Proto-Basque *e-re-ki.[1] But some dialectal forms have -d- so it might be from Proto-Basque *e-de-ki. These both postulate use of a verb suffix -ki, but the k might be part of the root.
Pronunciation
[edit]Audio: (file)
Verb
[edit]ireki ? (imperfect participle irekitzen, future participle irekiko, short form ireki, verbal noun irekitze)
