Borrowed from Japanese 掛け投げ, literally hooking inner thigh throw.

kakenage (plural kakenage)

  1. (sumo) A kimarite in which the attacker hooks one leg under those of his opponent, raises the hooked leg up and back forcing the opponent up and over.
