meng- +‎ raja. Prefix meng- before initial /l/, /m/, /n/, /ɲ/ ⟨ny⟩, /ŋ/ ⟨ng⟩, /r/, /y/ or /w/ will resulted in fusion with transformation of meng- into me-.
