  • Except in negative, conditional, past tense, future tense or clauses where "moči" is used as the only verb, the adverb "lahko" is used for ability:

Bom mogel plavati.: I will be able to swim.
Ne morem plavati.: I can't swim.
Jaz bi plaval.: I would swim.
