polyanthus (plural polyanthuses or polyanthi)

  1. (botany) The oxlip, Lua error in Module:taxlink at line 68: Parameter "noshow" is not used by this template., so called because the peduncle bears a many-flowered umbel.
  2. A bulbous flowering plant of the genus Narcissus.
