      The samples were separated on a phenomenex luna C18 reverse phase C18 (250 x 4.6 mm, 5 μm) (Phenomenex, Torrance, CA, USA) at 25°C. Detection wave length was at UV 203 nm for saikosaponin A, 254 nm for oxypeucedanin and prim-O-glucosylcimifugin, 210 nm for pulegone, and 242 nm for pachymic acid.
