From reup (“indicating the onset of darkness”) +‎ sa- -na. Literally, 'as it dusks/darkens'. Compare Vietnamese tối (“dark, period of time after sunset”)

sareupna (Sundanese script ᮞᮛᮩᮕ᮪ᮔ)

1. evening twilight; dusk
2. the hour of dusk; an hour (wanci) in the Sundanese traditional timekeeping system equivalent to around 6 p.m.
