Analogous to lexicalization, from terminology +‎ -ization.

terminologization (usually uncountable, plural terminologizations)

  1. (linguistics) The process of a termineme during which it acquires new terminological characteristics in a specific domain and becomes the property of a special language.
    Antonym: determinologization
