From Old Galician and Old Galician-Portuguese toutiço (“back of the head”) (13th century, Cantigas de Santa Maria), from Lua error in Module:parameters at line 290: Parameter 2 should be a valid language, etymology language or family code; the value "qfa-sub-ibe" is not valid. See WT:LOL, WT:LOL/E and WT:LOF., from Proto-Indo-European *tewtéh₂ (“people, nation; heap?”), from Proto-Indo-European *tewh₂- (“to swell”).[1]
