     Once word of the death of their monarch Zephiel spread, Bern’s soldiers started to drop their weapons. Although some managed to flee, Roy did not wish to pursue them further and decided to let them go instead. The Kingdom of Bern had now officially fallen!!

     And thus, the long struggle that had shaken the whole continent, known as the “Bern Upheaval”, came to an end. With King Zephiel’s death, the Kingdom of Bern surrendered to the Kingdom of Etruria. Etruria dissolved Bern’s monarchy for a time, but ultimately decided not to directly rule it due to geographical distance. Instead, Princess Guinevere was crowned queen, and a new kingdom was reestablished in Bern’s territory. One of Zephiel’s closest servants, Idun the “Dark Priestess”, was nowhere to be found. Peace and stability had a chance to prosper again in the world under Etruria’s leadership.
