There is a mistake in this file[edit]

"koq" should be replaced with "kfe" in this line (proof link: w:Kota_language):

m["kfd"] = {
	names = {"Korra Koraga"},
	type = "regular",
	scripts = {"None"},
	family = "dra"}
m["koq"] = {
	names = {"Kota", "Kota (India)"},
	type = "regular",
	scripts = {"Taml"},
	family = "dra"}
m["kff"] = {
	names = {"Koya"},
	type = "regular",
	scripts = {"None"},
	family = "dra"}

Can you please fix it? Thanks. — Vitalik7 (talk) 22:26, 25 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Actually "kfe" is already there. The problem here is that the information is wrong, not the code. --WikiTiki89 23:45, 25 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
Actually, the problem really was there, but fixed after the above was posted. The code "koq" had been entered in two places by mistake, once for the real koq, and once here. If you look at the edit history, Kephir was the one who fixed it. Chuck Entz (talk) 00:37, 26 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
Oh yes, whoops. I guess it would have been less confusing if Kephir had posted here saying he fixed it. --WikiTiki89 00:42, 26 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, people don't watch these pages carefully, so it's not the best place to post requests. I don't particularly like to add stuff I know nothing about and therefore can't vouch for at all. @AryamanA, could you take a look? —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 05:30, 9 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Kinaray-a[edit]

@Kutchkutch Adds function that will automatically strip acute, circumflex and grave accents and sort Kinaray-a entries. Also explicitly adds the letter Ë (for a schwa-like sound previously written using the schwa or as a U by analysis with cognates in Hiligaynon) as a standard character for Kinaray-a entries. @Theknightwho This has been weeks. Please follow up. Thank you. TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 06:25, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@TagaSanPedroAko I’m not your personal assistant. Ask this somewhere more appropriate. Thanks. Theknightwho (talk) 16:11, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Theknightwho Why I'm asking you is because I don't have rights to edit the modules directly. This one is basically an edit request.
TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 21:02, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@TagaSanPedroAko WT:Grease pit. Theknightwho (talk) 21:03, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Theknightwho But why there? There's many edit requests here that hasn't been responded to, some for years.
TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 21:07, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@TagaSanPedroAko Are you intentionally ignoring all of the active threads and resolved issues? Theknightwho (talk) 21:15, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Theknightwho Remember I don't have any rights to edit the page directly (it's protected and can only be edited by those who have the required user rights). That's why I posted this edit request. You may be misunderstanding me with the last ping. In regard to threads here, some have been resolved and others are active (yet stale). -TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 21:20, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Chuck Entz: May you complete this edit request instead? TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 21:35, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@TagaSanPedroAko I'm not misunderstanding you - I'm saying that you need to ask at the WT:Grease pit instead of pinging individual admins to do it for you. Theknightwho (talk) 21:47, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Theknightwho Please assume good faith. Remember I cannot the edit directly. The notes on the top of the editor page says add an edit request here. Why the grease pit? And from your first response you're accusing me of using you as a PA. No. Why I'm pinging an administrator because it hasn't been responded to (usually after a week).
TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 21:51, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@TagaSanPedroAko Yes it is, because this is a technical request. I am not assuming bad faith - I am telling you that you are doing this in the wrong way. There is no point in arguing with me about this. Theknightwho (talk) 21:53, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Theknightwho Posting an edit request in the module's talk page is the right way. That's what the note in the top of the module's editor page is telling me. Why do you thing the grease pit is the proper avenue for such requests? TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 21:56, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@TagaSanPedroAko I am telling you, as an admin, what the process at Wiktionary is. What the module editor says is not something that we have control over, unfortunately, and is reflective of how things work at Wikipedia. However, it's not how things work at Wiktionary.
I have no idea what you are hoping to achieve here, because it's not going to get done by arguing with me. Theknightwho (talk) 21:58, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
