I use two custom keyboard layouts for Macintosh (created with Ukelele). Let me know if you're interested.

Дворак – Ukrainian Dvorak keyboard layout for Mac. Also includes many other Cyrillic characters.
Dvorak Extended – I found one online, but couldn't make it work, so I made my own. The current version gives Dvorak typists a wide range of Latin characters with acute, grave, macron, diaeresis, circumflex, tilde, breve, and háček.

Automated tasks

Add sc=Cyrs to the inflection line of Old Church Slavonic (cu), Church Slavonic (cu), and Old East Slavic (orv) entries, accounting for existing sc=Cyrl or other
Add sc=Cyrs to translations in these languages
Add sc=Cyrs to terms in these languages
Plan move of OCS/CS/OES entries to Unicode 5.1 (see Appendix talk:Old Cyrillic alphabet), add maintenance tasks to AutoFormat
