- (food) An oblate-spheroid ball of North European origin, eaten hot or cold, and typically consisting of: minced potato, beef; chopped onions; eggs; milk or water; flour; salt; pepper; cabe rawit, spring onion, shrimp, peeled corn, or mashed tofu.
