(deprecated template usage) From Old Marathi 𑘡𑘹𑘜𑘹 (neṇe), from Lua error in Module:parameters at line 290: Parameter 2 should be a valid language or etymology language code; the value "pmh" is not valid. See WT:LOL and WT:LOL/E., from Sanskrit नयति (náyati), from Proto-Indo-European *neyH-. Cognate with Sindhi نِهَڻُ / निहणु (nihaṇu), Odia ନେବା (nebā), Bengali নেওয়া (neōẇa), Assamese নিয়া (nia).
