Etymology

From Sanskrit क्षत्री (kṣatrī), feminine form of क्षत्र (kṣatra, kṣatriya: member of the warrior caste, the caste itself); perhaps via Lua error in Module:parameters at line 290: Parameter 2 should be a valid language, etymology language or family code; the value "mkh-okm" is not valid. See WT:LOL, WT:LOL/E and WT:LOF.. Cognate with Modern Khmer ក្សត្រី (ksɑtrii).
