Clipping of ロリータ・コンプレックス (Lolita complex), from the Vladimir Nabokov novel Lolita and English complex. Compare ショタコン (shota kon, Shōtarō complex, attraction to young boys), マザコン (maza kon, mother complex, Oedipus complex).
