Blend of 冷たい (tsumetai, “ice”) +‎ コーヒー (kōhī, “coffee”) or 冷えた (hieta, “ice”) +‎ コーヒー (kōhī, “coffee”). In either case, the on reading for 冷(れい) (rei) is used instead of the kun readings seen in the first component.
