Borrowed from Ukrainian обу́рювати (obúrjuvaty) of broader meaning “to irritate, to make irate, to revolt or shock, to enrage”, perfective обу́рити (obúryty), from о- (o-) +‎ бу́рити (búryty, to stir, to shake; to flurry, to trouble).
