DLT ‎(plural DLTs)

  1. (computing) digital linear tape — a computer storage tape format having a single spooled cartridge using multitrack linear serpentine recording on a half-inch wide tape.
  2. (electronics) device layer transfer; the process of fabricating a device on one substrate, followed by transfer to target substrate.
