Blend of Joe +‎ over, in reference to 46th president of the United States Joe Biden. Initially appeared in a 4chan post published October 14, 2020, shortly before the 2020 United States presidential election, to signify the perceived defeat of Joe Biden. Popularized in late 2022 in various memes on Twitter.
