     Dieser Vortrag hat für mich schon den Besuch gelohnt, nicht weil ich ihn so gut fand, sondern weil er mir zeigte, was das Problem ist. Und weil er eigentlich sein eigenes Vortragsthema verfehlte (…). Ich musste nämlich direkt an eine Managementschulung denken, an der ich vor 17 Jahren mal teilgenommen habe. Darin hieß es auch: Was ist eine Rechtfertigung? Eine Antwort auf eine Frage, die keiner gestellt hat.

For I instantly had to think about a management training in which I had partaken. In it it had been stated: What’s a justification? An answer to a question nobody has asked.
