@Sarri.greek Hi again. Once again we've the ever-present problem (το αιώνιο πρόβλημα) of this verb where there can be two forms of past simple (στράγγιξα, στράγγισα / -ξ-, -σ-) and passive past (στραγγίστηκα, στραγγίχτηκα / -στ-, -χτ-). Could you oblige me by filling the table in? I'm terrible at this new verb system unless they remain exactly to one already made! Regards and thanks, Rossyxan (talk) 22:47, 24 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Just checked this. Only 2 pages of results for -χτ- so maybe it's their (and my) mistake! Oops. Rossyxan (talk) 22:52, 24 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Of course you are right @Rossyxan! I forgot this one! Iordanidu 'Verbs' yes, DSMG has (R2.03). @google (I check 3rd persons, 1st may not occur at all)
  • "στράγγιξε" 8.380 results "στραγγίχτηκε" 162 results. 2019.02.25.
  • "στράγγισε" 5.240 results "στραγγίστηκε" 277 results.
This is a very good ratio of 1,5:1 for active and for passive 1:1,7. I include in tables up to 1:10, to 1:50 in parenthesis, and I just make a footnote for ratios like 1:100. The question is: are they grammatically ok? yes! On the other hand one cannot say ορίζω ορίχτηκα, Immmpossible. I am trying to edit verbs by group, but it will take more than a year!! I check the blue links first. I'm now doing the zo verbs at my 'πρόχειρο' and finishing the 'Vowel stems'. You are very welcome to add things that i may have missed, comments, etc. Also, i am VERY SLOW at translating examples :( --sarri.greek (talk) 04:03, 25 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
